Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy explains when cancellation or refund requests may be considered for services purchased from Taxplore Business Solutions Private Limited. Because many of our services involve professional work, document review, government filings, statutory payments, and third-party charges, refunds are handled according to the stage and nature of the service.

2. Cancellation Requests

A cancellation request may be considered only if it is made within 24 hours of payment or order confirmation and before our team has started work on the assignment.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the service has been assigned to our operations team, documents have been reviewed, consultation has been provided, forms or filings have been prepared, portal work has begun, or any government/statutory/third-party payment has been initiated.

3. Non-Refundable Amounts

  • Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty, penalties, interest, late fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes.

  • Third-party charges such as digital signature, certification, courier, bank, portal, professional certification, or vendor charges.

  • Fees for completed services, consultations already provided, documents already prepared, filings already submitted, or work already performed.

  • Discounted, promotional, bundled, special-offer, or limited-period service packages unless a written offer specifically states otherwise.

4. Refund Eligibility

If a request is received within the permitted time and work has not started, we may refund the eligible amount after deducting applicable taxes, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and any costs already incurred.

If partial work has been completed, we may, at our discretion, refund only the unused portion of our professional fee after deducting the value of work completed and costs incurred.

No refund will be due merely because a government authority, portal, department, bank, or third party rejects, delays, or questions an application, return, registration, filing, or request for reasons beyond our direct control.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email your request to [insert official contact email] within 24 hours of payment or order confirmation.

  2. Include your name, business name, registered email or phone number, invoice or payment reference, service purchased, and reason for the request.

  3. Our team may ask for additional information to verify the request and determine the service status.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 working days after confirmation. The actual credit timeline may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card network, wallet, or other payment provider.

7. Mode of Refund

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method unless another lawful mode is agreed in writing. Refunds will not be made to third-party accounts unless required supporting documents and approvals are provided.

8. Taxes and Invoices

If a tax invoice has been issued, the refund may require issuance of a credit note or other accounting adjustment as permitted by applicable tax law. Any taxes already deposited or payable may be deducted from the refund wherever applicable.

9. Changes to Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The applicable policy for a service will generally be the version in effect at the time of payment, unless a change is required by law or by a government, statutory, or payment authority.
