Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, digital platforms, consultations, filings, registrations, advisory support, and other professional services offered by Taxplore Business Solutions Private Limited. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, placing an order, making payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or engage our services.

2. Nature of Services

Taxplore Business Solutions Private Limited provides business, tax, compliance, registration, accounting, and allied support services. Services may include company registration, GST registration and returns, income tax filing support, ROC compliance support, payroll and statutory compliance assistance, and related advisory services.

The exact scope, timelines, fees, deliverables, and client responsibilities for a service may be communicated through a proposal, invoice, email, service page, quotation, or other written communication.

3. Client Information and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, current, and lawful information, documents, declarations, credentials, approvals, and authorisations required for the services.

You are responsible for reviewing all drafts, forms, filings, returns, declarations, and submissions before approval or filing. Delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, late, or misleading information from you may affect timelines and outcomes.

You confirm that all information and documents submitted by you are genuine and that you have the authority to share them with us for the requested work.

4. Fees, Taxes, and Payment

Fees are payable as communicated before or during engagement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, government fees, statutory charges, professional certification charges, portal charges, payment gateway fees, stamp duty, penalties, interest, late fees, and third-party costs are separate from our professional fee.

Prices and service packages may be changed at any time. Any change will not affect services already paid for unless the change is required because of statutory, government, portal, or third-party fee changes.

5. Timelines and Service Delivery

Service timelines are estimates and may depend on client responsiveness, document correctness, government portals, statutory authorities, payment confirmation, third-party providers, and applicable law.

Taxplore Business Solutions Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to complete services within indicated timelines but does not guarantee approval, registration, refund, assessment outcome, or any response from a government department or third-party authority.

6. Third-Party Portals and Authorities

Many services require use of government websites, payment gateways, banks, certification agencies, courier providers, digital signature providers, or other third-party systems. We are not responsible for outages, technical issues, rejections, delays, rule changes, or actions of such third parties.

You may be required to independently approve, verify, sign, authenticate, or submit information on such portals.

7. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All website content, templates, service descriptions, branding, text, designs, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the Company unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, exploit, modify, scrape, or distribute any part of the website or services without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful activity.

  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, automated scraping tools, or code that may affect website or service functionality.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority, identity, business status, facts, or documents.

  • Attempt to interfere with security, authentication, payment, or service-delivery systems.

9. Confidentiality and Data

We will treat client information as confidential, subject to disclosures required for service delivery, legal compliance, regulatory requests, professional advisers, employees, contractors, and authorised service providers.

Handling of personal information is further governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we aim to provide accurate and professional assistance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, approval by authorities, or a particular financial, legal, tax, or commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxplore Business Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or savings.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid service shall not exceed the professional fee paid to us for that specific service, excluding government fees, statutory charges, taxes, payment gateway fees, and third-party charges.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taxplore Business Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your documents or information, your unlawful conduct, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

12. Termination or Refusal of Service

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate a service if we believe that the engagement may involve unlawful activity, incomplete or false information, non-payment, abusive conduct, conflict of interest, professional risk, or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply from the date it is published or otherwise communicated. Continued use of the website or services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
